About your work

Your medical status Where do you work? What share of your work is aesthetic medicine? How long have you been performing aesthetic injections? How many aesthetic injection treatments do you perform per month? Have you already worked with Rejuran or other polynucleotides? Do you plan to use Rejuran in your practice?

I am a physician with a German licence to practise medicine (Approbation or Berufserlaubnis). For the practical part, I will also confirm my professional liability insurance on site. Registration is made via my free MEDEMIE account. If I do not have one yet, MEDEMIE creates it with this e-mail address; I set my password via the link in the e-mail. There I find my courses and certificates of attendance. The terms and conditions and the Privacy policy apply.

Photos and videos – voluntary

I agree that photos and videos of me may be taken during the event and that MEDEMIE GmbH and BIORENOVA (a trademark of PMA Fusion GmbH) may use them after the event for reporting on the event (e.g. website, newsletter, social media, presentations by the field team). Treatments and results of models will not be used in advertising directed at the public. My consent is voluntary; I can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (info@medemie.de).

Training samples – voluntary

I request free training samples of Rejuran for my practice. I will receive the samples after this event, once BIORENOVA (a trademark of PMA Fusion GmbH) has contacted me, and confirm receipt there in writing. Samples are only given to physicians, only on written request and limited to two per product and year (modelled on Section 47(3) and (4) of the German Medicinal Products Act, AMG; advertising and benefits under the German Act on Advertising in the Health Care System, HWG). I agree that MEDEMIE GmbH passes my name and e-mail address to BIORENOVA (a trademark of PMA Fusion GmbH), who will use them to contact me and to document the handover of samples. The request is voluntary; I can withdraw it at any time until the handover by e-mail to info@medemie.de.

Voluntary – independent of your participation

I agree that MEDEMIE GmbH passes my name, e-mail address, specialty and practice location to the following partners of MEDEMIE: BIORENOVA (Handelsmarke der PMA Fusion GmbH), Buchenweg 9, 65207 Wiesbaden. They may use this information to inform me about their own training offers and products in aesthetic medicine. My consent is voluntary and independent of my participation; I can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (info@medemie.de).

Privacy notice for this training

We use your details to organise this training (participant list, confirmation, certificate of attendance). Once you have confirmed, BIORENOVA (a trademark of PMA Fusion GmbH) receives your name, specialty and practice/city for the participant list – not for advertising. We use the information about your work for organisation and the allocation of places.
