Title, first and last name, e-mail address, specialty, practice/clinic and city, mobile number (optional), your confirmation of a German licence to practise medicine, your answers about your work (status, type of practice, experience, treatments per month, use of the product), your voluntary consents including their wording and time, and – if you request samples – your practice address. On the day of the event: attendance and the signed participant declaration.
Organisation of the training (registration, confirmation, reminder, participant list, certificate of attendance): Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Allocation of the limited places based on your information about your work: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Every decision is made by MEDEMIE staff; there is no automated decision.
Participant list for BIORENOVA (a trademark of PMA Fusion GmbH) (on whose behalf the training is held): once you have confirmed your participation, BIORENOVA (a trademark of PMA Fusion GmbH) receives your name, specialty and practice/clinic with city – for the organisation of the event, the handover of samples and its compliance documentation, not for advertising: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
Photos and videos (only if you consent): Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Passing your contact details to PMA Fusion GmbH (only if you consent): Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Free samples (only if you request them): your name, e-mail address and practice address are passed to BIORENOVA (a trademark of PMA Fusion GmbH) solely for sending the samples: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
MEDEMIE account (created free of charge with your registration unless you already have one; there you find your courses and certificates of attendance): Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. You can delete the account at any time.
Feedback questionnaire at the end of the event: anonymous, without name or e-mail, not linked to your registration.
BIORENOVA (a trademark of PMA Fusion GmbH) receives the participant list described above (name, specialty, practice/city of confirmed participants). Your e-mail address and further contact details only if you have consented (or requested samples), and only to the extent of your consent. In addition, technical service providers (hosting, e-mail delivery) process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. We do not sell data.
Name, e-mail address, specialty, practice/clinic and city, the confirmation of your licence, the questions about your work and the MEDEMIE account are required to process your registration. Fields marked "optional" and all boxes marked "voluntary" are up to you; participation does not depend on them.
We store your data for as long as necessary for the purposes above and to document the training, and delete it afterwards unless statutory retention obligations apply. Data based on consent is deleted when you withdraw your consent.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future, e.g. by e-mail to info@medemie.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW).
